TransactionsPayments
/transactions/{id}/pay
Record an expense as paid with provider: null, including after terminal ACH bill archive, or request a Ramp ACH payment for an eligible expense or payout with provider: "ramp". Both require transactions:mark-paid; Ramp additionally requires ach-payments:execute.
