/transactions/attachments/uploads/{uploadRef}
Stream the complete raw attachment body into regional storage using an issued upload reference. Content-Type and the stored byte size must exactly match the create-upload request, and Content-Length is required. The upload reference is single-file, team-scoped, valid for 24 hours, and safe to retry without overwriting a completed object.
